Not really sure. I think a Skylark is a mid-size car. What kind of shape are they in?

Stris is right, there not big like the Electras. Myself I wouldn't pay $500 for both of those cars. You would be better off buying one good car for that much. But if you have no other options then try to talk him down on the price.

probably not the best cars but if 1 of them has a good motor trans that you can switch over to the other then it wouldn't be a horrible deal. scrap holds up and you can recover most of your cost there. they are a mid size car, rear frame is c-channel = soft. a bumper swap on the front will help keep you in the game alittle longer, don't go crazy on the track and you'll have a out side chance of getting through a heat with one.

you buy the best car,you talk the best trash, but when the green flag fly's i'm gonna own your....

thats a real good start!!, dont think you missed anything

i just junked one of these, i bought it last spring and brought it from my dads to my house this past week and to find out the frame had a few rust holes, i figured i could patch that but the floors were rusty and would need patch (was like that when i bought it) and come to find out the body mount under the firewall on the passenger side was completely gone so i said the hell with it and junked it
